Every 30 seconds my client decides to disconnect from pvp.net with the following message. I just repaired and still constantly disconnecting me 'Connection timeout: The request to the PVP.net server timed out.' Occurred on both my Mac and PC clients. Comment below rating threshold. Every time i sign into may account, on the starting homepage there is a constant flickering message saying cannot connect to PVP.net. I saw that the solution for Windows is to simply disable IP helper, however. Only today I would get a red message stating that I have dc from the PvP client then would reconnect seconds later. This would repeat endlessly although I am still able to play games fine. I have wired connection and my internet is perfect atm. Seems like a client or a server problem. I also can't see my full friend list.

I'm here to help those macintosh users that cannot connect to PVP.net aka League Of Legends Firstly shut down LOL Client Go to Finder/Spotlight - type in KeyChain Access Then once KeyChain Access is open look for 'chat.oc1.lol.riotgames.com' Then 'right click' and 'Get Info' Click the ► on Trust and then click either Custom or Never Trust and change it to ALWAYS TRUST Than type your password to confirm the decision and THEN OPEN UP LOL LOG IN AND PLAY AND SUBSCRIBE! BTW I LOVE YOUS TROUBLESHOOTING ------ If it is not working for you or you can't find the right certificate, type in league, or legends and if anything comes up that looks like anything to do with league of legends do what I did and always allow. It seems to me to be an unfortunate approach, seeing as the 'complete' game is already being sold at full price.
